Crispy Chicken Fingers

Crisco or Oil for frying
Heavy large frying pan
2 to 3 lbs chicken tenders, thawed
1 cup milk and 1 egg mixed together
Put next 4 ingredients together in large bowl
2 cup flour
2 TBL all season salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
dip chicken in milk/egg mixture - then into flour mixture, coat well
fry until crispy and golden brown, drain and serve with favorite dipping sauces.
